How long does shipping take for Aventon bikes?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do Aventon e-bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85% to 95% assembled in the box. We provide comprehensive video tutorials and all necessary tools to complete the final assembly in approximately 30-45 minutes.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?
Aventon provides a 2-year limited warranty on all new e-bike frames and components against manufacturing defects to ensure your peace of mind while riding.
Can I finance my purchase?

Are Aventon e-bikes water-resistant?
Our e-bikes are built to IPX4 water-resistant standards, meaning they are resistant to water splashes from any direction. They are safe to ride in light rain, but should not be submerged or washed with a pressure washer.
